GREAT Cleaner!!! I've had this item for about month now and still no complaints. Very easy to operate and very very good at cleaning. PLUG IT on the return line and let is do the rest. I would recommend this pool cleaner to anyone who is looking for a great, easy to install pool cleaner.
Works Better Than Expected This product has lived up to all expectations and gone beyond. It leaves my pool spotless and I have not had to clean it manually in months. The only issues I have had were the following: 1. Occasionally the Polaris will suck it's own tail up into the debris bag, this however is easy to resolve by easily removing the tail from the bag. 2. Polaris 360 F1 This thing gets stuck more often than my old Ray-Vac. The 360 is poorly designed. The back-up valve is large and fat and get's hung up on stairs and the hose when backing up. It does a good job of cleaning the pool when I am in it and 'nudging' the unit along. Would not recommend it.
Great tool for the pool It works like a dream! we rarely have to vaccuum the old fashioned way! Wouldnt have a pool without one!
Very Happy! This was my Birthday present and couldn't be more happy! It assembled nicely. It took a while to get the adjustments right but once I did, it works great! Ibought the silt bag soon afterwards and is a must!! The swishing tail action loosens any algae there might be and the strainer gets it. The cleaner has reduced the the amount of Shock needed, so it's not only saving me time and work but also money. It also keeps my cat occupied:) Great product!!!!
Don't wait. Buy it now. Best summer ever with respect to pool maintenance. This keeps the pool clean. I leave it in whenever we are not using the pool. By it moving around the pool all day it prevents algae and sediment from building on the bottom. Larger particles, leaves, bugs and even landscaping stones are sucked Into the bag. If you have multiple jets, be sure you can select a single jet to increase pressure to it. I have a 3/1 configuration which allows me to redirect all the water to one jet. Replaced Janney Ray-Vac After the hose on my old Ray-Vac finally broke completely (I had been taping up splits with electrical tape for a while) I decided to replace it with a new unit rather than getting a new hose. I'm glad I did. The Polaris 360 does a terrific job of cleaning the pool. Unlike the Ray-Vac, it doesn't have to be emptied every day; the bag holds enough to be effective even if it goes a few days. Polaris Vac Sweep 360 F1 This is the best pool cleaner for the price I have ever purchased. I have arthritis and this easy to use and efficient. I would recommend this to anyone.
Polaris 360 This is my second Polaris 360 in the last 8 years. The other one was excellent. This one does not work as well as the "tail" does not move the unit as well. We have done all the troubleshooting, but it doesn't clean as well. I did receive the unit promptly after ordering which was a big help.
