Does the job... Seems to require 'backup' often, hopefully this won't require us increasing our run-time. bag is not the easiest to clean but it's definitely getting the hair and dust we wanted and the bottom is clean.
Reasonably satisfactory for the price This sweeper is not the end-all or be-all of sweepers but it works reasonably well, was not too difficult to set up and was reasonably priced. Set-up took less than half an hour with a little assistance of my wife in tracking/counting RPMs of the wheel. We could do it in half the time if we did it again, I expect. Easy Pool cleaning Arrived on time. Have used for just under a month. Purchased to replace a Creepy Crawly that did the job for about 4-5 years. The Polaris was easy to install and is performing well in our fiberglass pool so far. Hope it lasts as long or longer than its predecessor.
Pretty cool so far Just got the Polaris today and hooked it up. No real hassles. My pool is a lazy L built in that is about 20 x 40. I have four return jets and can isolate them in pairs. I installed one of the small eyeball jets and closed off the other set with the valve, hooked up the quick disconnect to the othe jet that s near the center of the pool. Great Pool Sweep Very happy with our Polaris Vac-Sweep 360. We must close our pool for Winter even with it covered it gets leaves, dirt and debris in the water. When we open our pool just throw the Polaris in and about 24hrs. later the bottom is crystal clear just make sure you empty the bag when it's full.Very easy to use and the automatic backup feature is great when it gets stuck in the corners it just pulls it out and on it's way. No booster pump needed (nice).Recommend to anyone with built-in pool.
Works good - just one small issue This little cleaner works really well for us. We have never had one before and my husband was always cleaning by hand. The Polaris does a great job and saves us a lot of time in the long run. The only minor issue we have is with the caps for the water pressure to make him run. The Larger cap doesn't get enough pressure to him and he floats a lot but the smaller one gets too much pressure and the cleaner either gets stuck or sometimes even rockets out of the pool slightly lol.
