Quality clean I switched from a 6 year old Ray-Vac to the Polaris. No need for an extra pump. Installation was easy, less than 20 minutes. The result is a better clean of my pool.
EZ Just plugged it in and away she went--loved my rayvac and this looks like a quality replacement. Cleans my pool in the same time as a ray vac with a little better climbing and corner cleaning.
Good cleaner The system comes complete. Had plenty of hose and all connectors worked. The cleaner replaced a very old one I had that was no longer economical to repair. Was MUCH cheaper to buy from Amazon than through a pool store. Very pleased with the product and it's run perfectly since I installed it.
Great return side cleaner, must be installed properly, Poolman Review Notes: This is the Polaris 360 return side cleaner (non-booster pump) model. It works very well with the proper set-up. It has a very large debris opening which is great for a pool like the one in this video that is surrounded by trees. Nice little pool vac for the price So far, we're pretty happy with it. Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it does get stuck a lot. But it does a good job of keeping our small pool clean. Hubby said it was pretty easy to install. Will let you all know if things change, but so far, quite pleased. Awesome product I got this Polaris to replace my old Polaris that just was too old to fix. The package came with everything I need in order to just put it into pool and let it do the wonderful work it always does. The pack came with the Polaris itself and a new hose. The hose comes with a pressure tester to make sure all is in order and the documentation helps you to determine if the robot is working in the right speed (by looking at the speed of the wheel), in the pack you have also a new wall outlet and a new thing for me ... read more
Polaris Pool Sweep There should be a place in heaven for the guy that invented pool sweeps, especially this one. This is technically my 3rd Polaris sweep. I inherited my first one when I moved into my old house 13 years ago. The pool already had one of these and it did a great job. I kept in in good shape replacing belts, etc as needed. Polaris Vac - 360 F1 Purchased date 12-17-2011 , arrived mid-day 12-22-2011. Unit replacing a Jandy Shark Vac that I've had for the last five years, hook up was quick and effortless Polaris 360 had our gunite inground 36 x 22 pool cleaned within two hours picked up the all the debris large and small, fall / winter will no longer be a chore cleaning our pool, should of purchased this item years ago . I understand why Jandy discontinued their product after seeing the polaris in action .
Easy to install Easy to install when replacing a Ray-O-Vac. Just switch out the hose and it's ready to go. Did a great job of picking up leaves and is much easier to empty.
