Didn't last 2 years... Lasted almost 2 years and then stopped turning on. Poor reliability.
Bad customer service Was unable to return item after I had problems with product. Unable to contact anyone.
Short lifespan After spending over $1,000 on this- it only lasted for 2 summers. two of the wheels stopped spinning and it caused water to get into the motor.
Trash don’t buy Bought 2 units both lasted less than 2 years !! Trash this is a scam!
Junk do not buy it will not last expensive for 2 years of work Purchased April 4th 23 .. junk broke April 7th 25 2 years for a $1300 dollar sweep off Amazon.. failing with error 10 code 08 which means the pump or issue with pressure. Ran all checks nothing fixed it. Support was useless they have no clue. Amazon support gave me the phone number for support (yeah if it was a vehicle offroad type) Cant find parts other than basket wheels and sweeper fins. Stay away from Zodiac Polaris products they are not worth the money!!!!! ... read more
Broke after barely a year Got it in Nov 2023. It’s now Dec 20241) it flips really easily when it gets to the shallow part - initially cute but then annoying because it would dump the contents of the trap into the pool2) now I get error code 2 - Reddit says it needs a new motor which is ~$650 - half the price of a new one
Multiple unit failure. Buy something else. I have purchased two of these units over the last few years and the last one only worked for exactly 13 months. If you do enough research on these units you'll find that there's something called the dreaded ER 10 error, where the vacuum unit begins to no longer be able to properly communicate with the control box. Error Code issues I have been running this unit for about a year. I am very disappointed at how quick it has stopped working. While in use and when functioning it works great, but many times it would just stop and give an error code. Normally when I would unplug and reset and start again it would work. finally it gives an error code and won't work at all now. A whole lot of money for something that stops working so fast.
Don’t waste your time or money The reason for my review is mostly due to customer service. I have the error 10 code and have bought a $400 new cord which didn’t fix it, but there is no answer when calling the customer service number. I’m not one to leave reviews, but I don’t want anyone else to go through this. I need my pool vacuumed, so the time, money, and efforts wasted are beyond frustrating!
