Clean pool in 90 minutes! Love the ease of use. Just drop it in the pool, push a couple of buttons and walk away for hour and half. Dives down into 10’ part of pool and climbs walls with ease. Love this product!
Works Well, Remote OK Despite being very expensive, we are happy with the purchase. We live in the desert southwest, so did have to buy an additional ultra fine sand/silt filter canister to get our pool sparkling. This is our 2nd Polaris unit. Our first (we inherited from former owners) eventually needed new parts and a new power/cord which are - ouch! - expensive. Best summer ever! We used to manually clean the pool until we bought this. It is light weight and small enough to store about anywhere. I like the different modes and how you can choose the shape and depth that it works in. The remote for me is difficult to use. It would probably just take some practice but I don’t take the time because the automatic cleaning mode does it all for me!

Polaris 9550 an Excellent Pool Cleaner I have been using my new Polaris 9550 cleaner for a few weeks now. It has been doing an excellent job keeping my pool clean. I especially like that it goes over my high main drain without getting stuck. This was a problem with my previous cleaners.
Must Have Pool Cleaner Great cleaner if you have a VS pool filter motor. Cleaner does not use the suction from the pump so it doesn't clog or slow down. A bit on the heavy side but well built.

Incredible Cleaner!! We recently had a new in-ground pool installed and the pool builder included a Hayward pool vacuum in the deal. It would clean up the leaves and visible debris but it did not scrub the pebble-tec floor. My neighbor told me to try his Polaris robot to see if it would clean the floor better. I could not believe the difference! The Polaris removed even the finest silt and dirt that the Hayward would simply pass over.
