Great cleaner! I'm really happy with this purchase. We had a Legend II pressure side pool cleaner that worked well for a couple weeks each season, but the valves had to be set just right, and it became less effective as debris collected in the filter and the filter pressure changed. Keeping it working was always a hassle. Our pool service recommended we install a booster pump with a new cleaner; an $1,800 proposition. It cleans most of the pool wonderfully, but sporadically misses dirt right along the edges ... So far I'm loving this with one small exception. It cleans most of the pool wonderfully, but sporadically misses dirt right along the edges when the sides meet the bottom. Thankfully, with the remits, I can direct it to the few spots easily & have a sparkling clean pool.

I am pleased with the performance I have had it for about 2 months now. I am pleased with the performance. I find that if you run 50 50 with the pump on and off it cleans best. I look forward to the cordless version someday 😀

Works great with conditions... I purchased the 9550 Sport about 3 months ago. It is extremely easy to use. When it arrives you have to put together the wheeled carrier assembly it comes with. The assembly is simple. A quick skim of the getting started sheet enables immediate use. I have found that the robot performs best when you select either wall scrub only or floors only. Love it! I was skeptical...wondering if this would really be much different than my usual pool sweep (which I just purchased a new one). So, I ran my new Polaris pool sweep and thought my pool looked pretty good. Then I put this vacuume in and let it do its thing for the recommended time. Good investment - love it - not perfect. Overall we love our robot and consider it a great investment. The remote is something you can't live without if you have a scalloped pool. However, it is the most awkward and hard to use remote control I have ever used and doesn't seem to always get recognized by the unit. The only other complaint I have is the cord is constantly tangled. I would recommend the silt filter if you want to catch the fine stuff that settles in your pool each night.
