Three Stars Not as expected for $1200 plus but cleans decently. Hope it lasts.
Highly recommend This does a great job. On the expensive side, but so far seems worth it. My pool was a mess after the winter and cleaned with no problem, large leaves and twigs included. I recently used to remote to guide it a spot it missed and it was amazing
My pool is finally clean after a year and a half My adventure started in July 2015 when we bought our house. The pool uses a D.E. filter. I previously had a cartridge filter at my prior home. I spent thousands of dollars trying to figure out how to keep the pool clean due to several large trees over the pool. I replaced the pump with a variable speed pump and the pool was still dirty. Great pool cleaner, few issues with cables and user interface. Great pool cleaner. Bought it as a replacement for 9400 Sport, which stopped working after about 4 years. I like it that they have added a cord swivel (cord tangling was an annoyance with 9400) and I appreciated a greater control over the clean time (not to mention the remote). Unit came with a damaged metal tube (part for the caddy), but it was a pleasure dealing with their service over the email. So far so good. It runs very well We were worried that because this was rebuilt there would be problems. So far so good. It runs very well. No handbook on it though, when we need to know something we look it up on-line.
GREAT PRODUCT, GREAT BUY I have used pool robots for about 10 years now. Normally, I have gravitated toward the Dolphin models, and while they work great, cleaning out their cloth filter bags was always problematic. It just seemed that unless I ran them through the washer after hosing them down, I was putting a dirty filter back in. The POLARIS 9550 is really cool. Paid for itself in 6 months. I Have to ... Paid for itself in 6 months. I Have to leave it running for 2 hours every time I use it due to the amount of leaves it has to pick up but it gets the job done.

Worth the money. Well built, works well on floors and walls. Really easy to get out of the water and drain in the pool. Best robot on the market today imo.
