Even after vacuuming the pool manually, the Polaris removed a lot more fine (sand) debris

My first purchase of a robotic cleaner. It performs great, cleans and traps fine particles in the compartment . Wish I had switched over to it sooner.

So far so good have it a month but it works very well even small particles. I like the stand carrier also well designed

For the fact that it picks up sand dirt that was pretty cool. It does all the job while I drink juice drinks on the side of my pool. I love to see the robot climb up the side and scrub the walls. Once it runs a cycle, it stops in the water.

The EPIC 8640 is a big improvement from my first robotic cleaner purchased 5 years ago. They even sent me a fine silt filter after I requested one! My old robot would get stuck on the floor drains of the pool, requiring me to monitor it. Not anymore. The 8640 has much better tracking than my old robot. The retrieval program makes it easier to get the cleaner out of the pool and saves wear and tear on the power cord.
