The Polaris has been very good. Easy to use, and it definitely picks up small particle in the pool. I don’t believe the Polaris is “mapping my pool”. It doesn’t rise to the surface and wait for me to retrieve it when it finishes a cycle, it just sits on the bottom wherever it stopped until I hit the lift button. But over all I’m happy with the purchase so far.

I like the cleaner, does a really good job. But it doesnt take the fine sand in my pool. The sand just gets out of the cleaner and always stay in the bottom... Tried to contact Polaris team to get the fine filter R0897800 but they told me it was back order... Nobody knows when itll get back. Stuck with a dirty pool...

Love my new Polaris. It climbs the walls all the way up to the rim and gets in the corners. The lift is great in that you can direct it to where you want it to leave the pool. I really like the cord with the swivel feature. No more trying to untangle 60 feet of cord. I love all the new features. Thank you Diana

Works well and does a good job cleaning. Not quite sure how the lift feature works!

Works well for the most part but does not get small particles very well and does not get the waterline

Did a great job keeping the small pieces of sand out of the bottom. Cleans the sides good. Very happy with it, so far. A good investment.

Pain to get set up to clean and a pain to get it out and put it away but it cleans the pool bottom well. Does not do good around corners or steps.
