Polaris EPIC 8640 robotic cleaner
Haven’t used it yet , but based on our pool store allowing us to do a free test demo last year for our initial seasonal cleaning, I am definitely looking forward to a much more trouble free effort free cleaning season!! It did a great job of minimizing our opening process and got us to a clear useable state much sooner than prior years!! Once I figured out the Buttons, observe the pool floor, see how the cleaner moved. what was in screen basket, Polaris is doing great. NO problems so far. My only concern is the Plastic Lid, have to be careful opening, seems easy would break.

The wide cleaner opening is able to pick up larger leaves and the ability to turn in on as needed is a great feature not having to wait for one to charge up.

The unit performs as advertised. It is considerably lighter than the dolphin I had before. I also find the trash receptacle to be much easier to use and clean. I especially like the efficiency in climbing the walls. The first row of cleaner rotors, come nearly all the way out of the water. This is also an improvement over the dolphin. The removal feature is an added plus. It considerably reduces strain on the power cord, which was the only way to get the other unit out of the water.💧
