Polaris EPIC 8640 robotic cleaner
The Epic is fine at picking up bigger things but it seems like my Tigershark had a finer paper type filter to get smaller particles. What I like about the Polaris is ease of maintenance and swapping/cleaning the filter cartridge.

The Epic does great job picking up all the leaves and so far has not gotten stuck on the pool steps like my old Maytronics. I like the clear top so I can see how it is picking up all the leaves and the basket is very easy to empty.

So far, so good! Does not get hung up on the drains and it performed as advertised. Easy to get out of the pool and easy to clean. Very satisfied and would recommend this product to anyone.

I’ve had a Polaris 380 pressure side cleaner for 30 years - with great success. But, it was just time to move up to Robotics… A new Epic 8640. I couldn’t be happier. It cleans very well. I’m a woman in my 70s so I wish it wasn’t so heavy. But I’m thrilled overall! Thanks.

It is picking up everything on the bottom of my pool. It is amazing so glad I bought it. definitely recommend this pool cleaner for the money. It is definitely something that I would recommend.
