Our new Polaris Quattro Sport is literally running circles around the Polaris 360 pool cleaner it replaced. It's a tremendous product and is doing a great job of keeping our pool clean and the walls algae free. The only negatives are the somewhat non-intuitive process for removing and installing the top hatch, difficulty getting the inner and outer debris baskets clean, and a tendency for the hose to constantly twist and coil around itself (too much "memory").

I have an oddly shaped pool and this unit gets all of the nooks and crannies and doesn't get stuck in the odd corner.

I have had my Polaris Quattro Sport since 9/20. Worked well at first but the top will not stay shut so debris of course goes everywhere. Hard time getting in touch with the company with help on which part to order. the grey latch or the blue cover.
