I’ve had my Polaris Quattro pro for a little under 5 months. Keeps my pool clean. I walked out today to find it not moving. I looked a little closer and saw the wheel had come off. Apparently the axle is a weak point of this cleaner. I wish I had known about this earlier. It’s not acceptable that a cleaner in this price point would fail like this in less then 5 months of usage.

Love my Quattro but the hose keeps tangling. pool is always heated to 90F and the hose is the correct length. Any Ideas?
Business response:
Hi Anthony, Thank you for your kind words on your new Polaris Quattro Sport! We can help with the tangling. Here are some adjustments you can try (you've already done a couple of these; the complete list is for the benefit of all viewers): 1) Remeasure the hose to verify that it is adjusted to the proper length for the pool shape. 2) With the cleaner operating, check that the hose swivels and the hose connections turn freely. 3) Ensure the hose is floating and the hose floats are positioned properly. Position the first floa... read more
I bought one about three weeks ago, as a trade in because my 380 was not working. So far, knock on wood, it has ben good. Time will tell. I had both a 280 and a 380 last summer, which both did not work. It would go into the deep end then get stuck in the shallow end. I am wondering if they changes the design of the 380, did not work like the old one. Again, Quattro has ben good thus far.

I have had my Polaris Quattro for over a year and so far it has given me a lot of trouble. The top latch broke almost immediately (YES I was careful in lifting it only by the approved handle), and now we keep it closed with a bungee cord. The front right wheel broke and the local pool store couldn't get an answer from the dealer and eventually the dealer did come around, said he couldn't fix it but was nice enough to give me the bottom of a used Quattro instead. Now 4 months later, the front right wheel on THIS one has stopp... read more

Franco. I just purchased the Quattro P40 from Leslie's Pool Service inMansfield Texas three days ago. The Quattro runs great but I noticed it blows small particles away from the unit as it drives by. I opened the basket and noticed that the top and bottom part of the Filter Canister does not seal and has a 1/4 to 1/5 inch gap in the seal allowing dirt and particles go back into the pool. Need help as the big leaved goes in the basket but the pool still has the small stuff laying on the bottom.
I just purchased the Quattro P40 from Leslie's Pool Service two days ago. The Quattro runs great but I noticed dirt and particles still in the pool after it ran. After looking closer, I noticed that the top and bottom part of the Filter Canister don't seal together letting dirt and particles go right back into the pool. What is the point of a fine debris canister if the seal has gaps in it that let particles go right back into the pool?
Business response:
Hi Lee, We're sorry you're experiencing issues with your Polaris Quattro Sport Pool Cleaner. A filter that doesn't seal is not a helpful part! We will have a technical support representative reach out to you. Thank you for your patience. All the best, Your Polaris Team
Last year I purchased my quattro the first week it was out and it did a phenomenal job of cleaning my pool. It climbed the walls to the water's rim and even went up the stairs. It didn't miss a beat. This year, (and the unit was stored in a closet inside the house so it never got cold), it goes round and round in circles and barely climbs up the incline from the deep end. Forget about climbing walls, and it doesn't clean the entire pool no matter how long I leave it on. I checked the tire rotation and its 28, the thrust is a... read more

So far only had it a few days but it's doing a pretty good job. Anybody got any tips to get it to get all of my steps?
Business response:
Thanks for choosing the Polaris Quattro Sport Pool Cleaner, Iain! Your trust and satisfaction are our top priorities. We'd like to help with your steps: 1. Check the wheel RPM. Target wheel speed is 28–32 RPM. If wheel speed is not in target range, refer to Section 7 in the Owner's Manual, "Adjust Wheel Speed." 2. Check for debris in the filter canister and clean, if necessary. 3. Ensure the hose is floating and the hose floats are positioned properly. The Polaris model we have does a great job. We were having issues with the wheels coming or breaking off. Mario’s Pool where we purchased was very helpful and cooperative to contact the manufacturer company. Polaris did not hesitate to resolve the problem. The representative Ryan and another gentleman came out to access the pool made some adjustments and now we are happy campers again. Thanks Polaris!!
