The Polaris gets stuck continually at the bottom of 3steps and consistently does not get to significant portions of my pool.

To prevent the cleaner from getting stuck, check the following: 1) Verify proper flow by counting the wheel revolutions per minute (RPMs). 2) Ensure the Back-up Valve is cycling on and off about every three minutes. 3) Adjust the Thrust Jet to change the directional path of the cleaner. it runs on its side about 50%

We are sorry your cleaner isn't performing properly, Peter. We have some suggestions to help with a cleaner on its side. 1. Check the filter bag, if full it can weigh the cleaner down on one side. 2. Remove the head float and shake it. If there is water in the float, let us know and we can send you a new one. 3. Check the hose floats to make sure they are spaced evenly. 4. Verify the wheel RPMs are in range. 5. Try running the cleaner without the bag and if it fixes the issue then clean the bag with soap and warm water.... read more
The cleaner gets all tangled up in itself and does not clean well. Gave up on it and purchased something different

The backup valve is not very strong. The unit will get stuck from time to time. Never received my $150.00 rebate even though I called and was told "it's on its way". Ya whatever.

Sent one and the wheels were broke. Talked to them about sending wheels didn’t get a good answer so I shipped back to them and had to reorder. Wouldn’t replace it or refund the Money until they got the other one back. So my money was tied up. When they got it back it toke weeks before they credited my credit card. My brother owns Peeler Pools. I have discussed the problem with him. You may have lost some business

It does a ok job of cleaning the pool. Seems to run on it's side a lot of the time.
