Love this little machine. It cleans very well, I’ve never seen the cord get tangled, and it’s so easy to use. We’ve had it for about five months now.
The unit works FANTASTIC!! It climbs walls, does well negotiating steps, and cleans the entire pool. Its easy to clean and take out of the pool. I loved it so much, I bought one for my mother in law so you know it has to work (who wants an unhappy mother in law)!!!@
Great product! Keeps the pool sparkling besides the ash (I think its too fine for the filter) and the anti twist power cord doesn't seem to work well. Other than that, we are happy with the purchase, so far.
Exactly what I needed. Snap to set up. Cleans well. App works the way it is supposed to.
Love the cleaning power and ease of use. It has made my pool cleaning so much better than my old Polaris. I have extensively used the app to control the system and customize the cleaning of my pool. My only drawback is the cord really isn't tangle-free. I spend hours each week untangling the cord and trying to get it so it doesn't limit the travel to the furthest parts of my pool. It isn't hard to untangle, but it certainly isn't tangle-free. Everything else about the unit is awesome, but that is somewhat annoying.
so far my experience has been great. the only change i would make is for the polaris to be able to capture the leaves and debris that floats. if you can accomplish that you will have yourself an unbeatable product
Works great, our pool is surrounded by trees, so we have a lot of little stuff falling in the pool. It worked great and easy to use.
We love the Polaris VRX iQ+. It has made cleaning the pool fun instead of a chore when manually vacuuming. It is easy to clean and maintain.
Have used the pool cleaner for most of the summer. It sure makes my life easier. It is easy to use and easy to understand the interface. Love it!
