Pool upkeep for home owners is a lot of work, on top of many other responsibilities all families face. A pool cleaner, like the VRX IQ+, was like bringing home a puppy, but so much easier. Having the VRX IQ+ to drop into the pool, to run and do the job is very helpful, and it does an excellent job picking up everything at the bottom, human eyes just can’t see If one were to do it by hand. This is the third Polaris low voltage pool cleaner we've had and is the absolute best! The last one was pretty good, but still left places I had to do manually. This one left a spotless pool every time! Just awesome.
One of the best units on the market. Service was fantastic.
It's a nice machine but truthfully for what it costs I'd think it would do a better job. Often have to run it a second time. There's no skimmer mode to clean the water surface as I've seen on other machines. It's also not as easy to use as you would think. For example, the mode to retrieve the vacuum should have the machine return to the same point it went in. If this thing is as smart as it is supposed to be, and "maps" the pool, you should not have to use your phone as a joystick to steer it back to a spot to pull it out. ... read more
I like how I can remote control it. I like how I can make it crawl up the wall nearest me so I can take it out of the water. I like the swivel on the cord. I wish the cord had a stripe running down its length to make detangling easier. I like how easy the basket is to clean.
Did a great job cleaning my pool. Could not connect the WiFi with my phone. But unit cleaned really good
