Sweep does a great job and the debris basket is easy to clean The only hassle is the cord which twists up. One has to untwist the cord quite often.

Great product. Our pool is cleaner than ever. I do suggest a software upgrade to get the cleaner to continue onto the steps. We have a full width step that should be cleanable but the cleaner won't stay up there. It will get up there but won't stay long enough to clean. This is my only real input.

Great pool vac, cleans well and mapping / coverage even with free flow pool is great Couple of things can be improved, the caddy is not sturdy. Given the cost of this vac, I would expect a better quality caddy. Second I would expect a paper sort of filter in addition to current mesh filter which can filter out more fine impurities. I had Hayward XL cleaner prior to this which had a better filtering by trapping bigger objects like twigs pine needles and leaves in a box and the HEPA style paper filter cleaned water to more ... read more

I love the vacuum. I think it does a fantastic job and is easy to clean. I have terrible internet service, so I have not used the app and I don't think it would be a big deal. Definitely worth the money. the only concern is that the wire area where it hooks to the machine frayed and turned brown like it was burning. Took it to Leslie's and they got the service people involved and I was told it was normal and to just place some electrical tape around it and if it gets worse to let them know. The VRX helped to keep my pool clean. Prior to having it, I used the manual vacuum and that was time consuming. The remote control features are first generation, but it allowed me to spot clean areas that the normal "smart" cleaning missed.
