They were extremely disrespectfu! I called and the lady on there was incredibly rude! She ignored me half the time and she didn't help me at ALL!!!! They also put up tons of planes and boats with billboards on it up at the beach ruining it, and putting tons of smog into the air so much where I can smell it!

I trusted them, I stayed in contact with them, updated and gave any thing further they needed days before and on the day off my phone number had been updated the lawyer never contacted me never stood up for me and I lost the battle again for help for my impairment the judge and firm decided I had neither never appealed for me , I later questioned and was told yeah so it's nothing else we can do I still have the recorded message in Philadelphia, PA this company,business,firm is not to be trusted, them along with their colleag... read more

I was a client of Pondlehocky for 3 years. I had a bad work injury to my shoulder from lowering a deceased patient in the morgue. and after 2 failed shoulder surgeries to repair badly torn tendons and a complete tear of my bicep muscle that put me out of work. I still have pain in it can't use it to lift or cary heavy things . BUT here is PROBLEM NOW, While on disability they they did another surgery on my shoulder and it tore completely again. I do wish I had checked reviews prior to contracting with Pond Lehocky re: Workman's Comp. Took over a year to settle my case. Never impressed or deeply moved by any services they rendered. Never. Having never experienced such a case, I employed patience to the max and assumed these things do sometimes take a long time, particularly considering I did not lose a limb or die, as some unfortunate others have. Worst experience ever! They sided on the "firm" that they were representing because at the time, my estranged husband had hired them to represent him in an unrelated case. I didn't know that their local presence was about to explode and that I would have to go down to center city Philadelphia to meet with their elite team, navigate through traffic, find parking, pay ridiculous parking fees, etc...The absolute WORST lawfirm ever!

During a delivery the electric pallet jack was not charging properly plugged in but not connected to the battery side. I put a couple of skids in to the elevator when the jack ran out of power. I plugged it in correctly to charge. 2 skids apparently were light so with the pump jack while waiting for the jack to charge I brought a skid to the elevator. Absolutely horrible! No communication whatsoever. When you call they tell you to go on the app for a quick respond. Then they either completely ignore or only answer part of the question. If I had to guess it's AI answering. They received their payment from my SSDI claim and I have yet to recieve my payment. Called several times and when I go on the app it says my case is closed. Finally spoke to someone who has me on hold for 20 minutes trying to get me to the right department. They were unable to do so and scheduled a ... read more
