After applying and living like a pauper for 2 yrs, I was denied (although I had DJ representing me). I was denied because I was over in my earned income. We withdrew and I informed DJ I intended on refiling asap. I received a letter from DJ (stamped Thomas Giordano) which stated I was denied because "We did not believe the medical evidence in your file was sufficient to produce a finding of "disability" under Social Security's guidelines." 100% WRONG! I don't know what to think. I am disabled, been homeless and can barely make medical appointments. I know it can take much more time as my appeal was filed by Disability Justice 4 months ago but what is a guy to do? With no family or anyone to lean on and very little contact from my legal team, it is as if I am twisting in the wind all by myself.
Still waiting it feels like a nightmare and with that no more comment.....sometimes you better of dead...
I can't give them a good review yet. I've been a client since Sept. 2014 and I'm still waiting for a court date. I haven't had any income. I'm drowning in bills and have no idea when I'll go to court
I had a deadline and I've literally been contacted me over and over again sending emails as they asked me to send them paperwork and I paid for things to be shipped over to them and nothing nothing now I have to get up and go do it all myself before I get the benefits they already do have taken away thanks for nothing!!!
"...fighting for you every step of the way." LOL, don't make me laugh. After waiting over 24 months there was NO fighting for me every step of the way. I was very disappointed in the lawyer(?) you sent to represent me at the hearing. She did absolutely nothing. You're lawyers I don't know why I thought you'd do/try your best for me. But you sure made sure you took your fee from the very small amount I was given, which was a slap in the face from the government.
