It took awhile, but they were successful in obtaining a favorable decision, they always kept me updated on what was going on with my case what they needed and how it all works. no contact, try to email or use their app thats useless, got denied 1st time only to find out all the info I've been sending them was never sent to social security at all, nothing was updated like they kept telling me that they were "updating my file" for what their personal use? not for my case evidently, wasted my time caused unnecessary anxiety and frustration.
I wasted a year with them. phone calls and emails go unreturned and unanswered. case study app is a joke as nothing updated 1 time in 6 months. get a local disability lawyer and avoid these so called specialists. I had to learn this the hard way. I should have listened to people that told me to avoid them, but nope, I fell for their song and dance.
