Unprofessional, Incompetent, and a Security Risk This law firm was an absolute disaster to work with. They were unable to complete even the most basic tasks related to handling my case. Their incompetence would be funny if it weren't so alarming. They had my wrong email and phone number on file despite my correct contact info being in the original email. I would like to let everyone know that the severe pain in my hips from barely being able to walk has now been diagnosed as chronic bilateral Avascular Necrosis of the hips, and I have been helped by Morgan & Morgan to recieve my disability for almost a year now.

Pond Lehockey didn't do anything for me, I did all the paperwork had to find things SSI needed.. that these guys could have found alot easier, but sat on their butt's to wait on a pay day.. I won't recommend them to my worse enemy.. they need negative numbers on this as well...

After reading through these 1 star reviews I am not sure how to rate pond lehocky I wish I would've read the reviews first before deciding to take a friend's word for it. I was referred by a friend to use this law firm for my workman's comp case. The case settled in November of this year, I was told by by my attorney the insurance company case thirty days from the judge's signing to pay me. This company will only help if your case is a slam dunk. My niece has two inoperable brain tumors. After 14 months of poor communication, she got a call from an admin saying "WE DONT THINK WE CAN WIN YOUR OWN YOUR OWN" I called to find out how they can quit on someone who is truly disabled and NEEDS help. canned answer "why would you want us to appeal if we don't think we can win?" how about look at the case and see what you missed so she has a chance to wins. 2 INOPERABLE BRAIN TUMORS!!! sorry not worth the effort.... read more

Even 1.7 stars is too high for this place. I was referred to them from an old client of theirs. I didn't read the reviews first, my mistake. I'd give a 0 if I could. I was referred to this lawyer from my husband's job to help with trying to get approved for disability benefits. I spent 3 hours writing down all of my medications, problems, doctors, and the information they needed. All of that was just from the past year.
