I wished I would have read the reviews before I hired them.. I feel if your not of white skin they will just see you as a minority , like if your not worth fighting for.. I had my hearing yesterday and it was a disaster. My attorney just sat there not even trying to fight for my case . The judge would ask her if she had anything to say ? all she would say is no your honor ..She didn't even have my paper work from some of my Dr appointment. representation is no good, lack of getting paperwork..never call back very disappointed in them. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone
They do not contact you unless you do while waiting for your appeal hearing and then when your hearing date comes no one from there office meaning an Attorney comes to court instead they hire someone from another state to represent you who doesn't and is not updated nor knows much at all about your case and guess what you end up losing your appeal!!! I'm am very disgusted and dissapointed and I will never use them again!!! Nor do I recommend them..!!!
when you try calling or send an email they should get back with you thats what they are paid for
i had a case for almost 3 years and i met with my lawyer 10 minutes before the hearing...i feel the real issue, my back, wasnt even talked about like it should have so all i can figure out is they didnt have recent records although i was reassured that they did ...dont use a lawyer you cant meet with and for this place i had ro call sevwral tines wvwryrime i had a change ro my case .....this is such an important thing for disabled folks and i feel they just didnt care.
Recommendedmy case still in application form no contact have to go to website to see nothing in progress
Completely unprepared to handle my mums case, did not do enough research and now a person with an awful back has to do physical labor to survive. Get real help.
