Absolutely horrible! No communication whatsoever. When you call they tell you to go on the app for a quick respond. Then they either completely ignore or only answer part of the question. If I had to guess it's AI answering. They received their payment from my SSDI claim and I have yet to recieve my payment. Called several times and when I go on the app it says my case is closed. Horrible.My case has been open since 2017.I have had multiple surgeries and the client pole requests you log all info.Whats the point? I never hear back from anyone including my attorney maybe once a year.We just went through litigation again and while my enifits continue I never get updates towards closure.

Lawyers Lie. If you are asked to just say yes to the judge, Don't. Ask the judge if you can use your medical anywhere because Pond Lehockey will tell you yes you can. But once the case is settled and you realize you can't use the medical insurance. No where you want to go, or continue going where you've been going because they don't except it. Pond Lehocky was appointed as my moms representative for her disability case. They won (yay)!) but she is owed a ton of money in backpay. They seem to not have any answers for my mother as to where her backpay is , but had the audacity to send her a bill for 96 dollars for "materials needed", although it was already said they had taken their cut. This is sickening to me, and so sad.

the first time I spoke to pond lehocky. Their lawyer told me how I have a strong case and i thought I was in good hands with what my union agents had told me. After hiring pond lehocky i knew i was in trouble when i was sent to a family doctor for a retina injury possibly a direct result of working with volatile organic compounds, solvents, and other chemicals that are known to cause retinal toxicity and damage in line with my injury but pond lehocky never sent me to a retina specialist for treatment instead Sent me to a fam... read more

Let me just say this, This law firm reached out to me earlier today. the man on the phone was asking me about All of my disabilities etc. Once we got to the end of him taking in all my information, he proceeded to email me documents to sign. Before I could open up the email to sign the documents my Dr. office beeps in. I ask him to hold because I needed to catch the other line ASAP! I won my case back in october of 2024, it's almost a year , but I keep getting medical bills, and I keep ten times calling , and don't help i still medicals bills. Still not paid for and it is frustrating.

They never reviewed the case sent letters to get some money but they don't get you anything I have been blind in right eye since 14 after a childhood accident at 12 mom and I for yrs tried to get SSI,SSD partial or full they denied me It states physical impairment is considered a disability and I found out I had a congenital defect as a child tht reoccurs because I could squat at the time of the exam, the lawyer I had the lady was soo not into helping I do have a work history.
