Pond Lehockey didn't do anything for me, I did all the paperwork had to find things SSI needed.. that these guys could have found alot easier, but sat on their butt's to wait on a pay day.. I won't recommend them to my worse enemy.. they need negative numbers on this as well...
After reading through these 1 star reviews I am not sure how to rate pond lehocky I wish I would've read the reviews first before deciding to take a friend's word for it. Signed contract with attorney; i was promised that a complaint was going to be filed. Attorney did anything in my defense. Not recommended at all.
This company will only help if your case is a slam dunk. My niece has two inoperable brain tumors. After 14 months of poor communication, she got a call from an admin saying "WE DONT THINK WE CAN WIN YOUR OWN YOUR OWN" I called to find out how they can quit on someone who is truly disabled and NEEDS help. canned answer "why would you want us to appeal if we don't think we can win?" how about look at the case and see what you missed so she has a chance to wins. 2 INOPERABLE BRAIN TUMORS!!! sorry not worth the effort.... read more
Horrible horrible company stay away I repeat stay away. They don't care about you they just want their money
Even 1.7 stars is too high for this place. I was referred to them from an old client of theirs. I didn't read the reviews first, my mistake. I'd give a 0 if I could. I was referred to this lawyer from my husband's job to help with trying to get approved for disability benefits. I spent 3 hours writing down all of my medications, problems, doctors, and the information they needed. All of that was just from the past year. My father passed away and we hired Pond to handle our worker's comp claim. The way Pond handled the case was incompetent, haphazard, and distasteful. Pond withdrew from our case days prior to trial after sitting on the case for +8 months while doing little to no investigative work or case building. They were now offering to retake the case if we ourselves chased down doctors and key participants to get evidence and documents, which is precisely what we hired them to do. I had them for my lawyer from March 7 2023 to March 2024 could not take it no more went months not hearing anything so when Social Security would send me paperwork I would call them no answer or would tell me to fill them out.
