I called to get info about using them, I was on hold for over 30mins when someone picked up they say hold on let me tranfer you and again im on hold for 12min ... later they tell me they dont know why they had me on hold that long... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Worst experience ever! They sided on the "firm" that they were representing because at the time, my estranged husband had hired them to represent him in an unrelated case. I didn't know that their local presence was about to explode and that I would have to go down to center city Philadelphia to meet with their elite team, navigate through traffic, find parking, pay ridiculous parking fees, etc...The absolute WORST lawfirm ever!

During a delivery the electric pallet jack was not charging properly plugged in but not connected to the battery side. I put a couple of skids in to the elevator when the jack ran out of power. I plugged it in correctly to charge. 2 skids apparently were light so with the pump jack while waiting for the jack to charge I brought a skid to the elevator. Absolutely horrible! No communication whatsoever. When you call they tell you to go on the app for a quick respond. Then they either completely ignore or only answer part of the question. If I had to guess it's AI answering. They received their payment from my SSDI claim and I have yet to recieve my payment. Called several times and when I go on the app it says my case is closed. Finally spoke to someone who has me on hold for 20 minutes trying to get me to the right department. They were unable to do so and scheduled a ... read more

Horrible.My case has been open since 2017.I have had multiple surgeries and the client pole requests you log all info.Whats the point? I never hear back from anyone including my attorney maybe once a year.We just went through litigation again and while my enifits continue I never get updates towards closure.

Lawyers Lie. If you are asked to just say yes to the judge, Don't. Ask the judge if you can use your medical anywhere because Pond Lehockey will tell you yes you can. But once the case is settled and you realize you can't use the medical insurance. No where you want to go, or continue going where you've been going because they don't except it. Even though Pond lehockey said that they would. You can't contact them because they're going to tell you they're no longer your lawyers and You're on your own. I would not recommend... read more

Pond Lehocky was appointed as my moms representative for her disability case. They won (yay)!) but she is owed a ton of money in backpay. They seem to not have any answers for my mother as to where her backpay is , but had the audacity to send her a bill for 96 dollars for "materials needed", although it was already said they had taken their cut. This is sickening to me, and so sad.
