I have pleaded with several lawyers to get help with my case and I've been denied by attorneys and the courts. Social security needs to change the laws and lawyers who cannot help should lose her license or get a better education. I got turned down again, I do have a job but I am suffering from mental and physical effects and I got turned down again. I have to make a living just like everyone else. This attorney's office is horrible at conveying messages back to the client, waiting on a check that's been sitting on someone's desk for 2 weeks because it needs my signature! You'd think they would have sent it to me to sign, not wait for me to call them! The operators read from a screen smh they're supposed to be "legal assistance" not rude office workers telling me, they will contact my team! My team? Team of what?

I'm sick I have to even give them a single star. My final hearing for workers comp is on Wednesday morning and I haven't heard from my "lawyer" or "team". Haven't spoke to my "lawyer" on the phone in months and only spoke to the lawyer 6 times in a calendar year since the injury occurred at work. I just signed on with this firm about a week ago,and already I'm getting a bit perturbed. Bad and very unprofessional. These guys had been representing me for disability and relayed to me I had been denied. Years later I find out my onset date established by social security was during the time they had my case. It was reported to me back then that ss had denied me and there was nothing left to do. When I received my award letter years later the established onset date was right there and was within the time they had my case. I had Pond LeHocky do my permanent disability which was settled quickly. They recommended a lawyer Adam Kotlar to do my Workmen's Compensation case. They said if I had any problems to please call them because they recommended their office for me. It took five years to settle my case, due to my ten surgeries. i received my settlement my lawyer received their money. May have been good at one time. The company fails at meeting the expectations put forward with the letters sent and the youtube videos published by them. Can not even make pre trial appointments with clients.
