This is by far the worst law firm , they do not fight for there clients, there lawyers if you can call them that have no clue , pond Lehocky was an absolute waste of 5 years fighting for Disability, if your looking to have any chance of winning your case take my word and heed my warning do not use Pond Lehocky you will wait forever and you will LOSE. , since they made me wait forever and not do a dam thing I have a disability thats going to make it extremely hard to work, but due to there inability, unfortunately I'm going t... read more

Horrible experience... if you want a lawyer that won't blind side you or that you can trust I highly suggest using a different firm. I got lied to right to my face! Taken advantage of because I don't know the legal system well enough. This was an extremely sensitive case for me which I am still suffering from. They did absolutely nothing they said they would. . Went and spoke to them instead of them call me back and let him know what was going on they send me a letter to mail refusing my claim with no explanation whatsoever horrible horrible horrible very very unprofessional

I hired this film for my workers comp and we won and believe me im not happy with all of this , ok, when I'd ask them to fight the IME decision and they told me that they couldn't do anything . So my question is , do they really do the job , or they just take whatever easy door possible just to get rig of you and make easy money with the injury worker ,huh? I thought this was a law firm that is here to help you get your disability. Well if I had to do all over again I would not use them. They did not stay in contact with me they didn't know anything about my case I knew before they did and still haver heard from them. The so call lawyer that was there for my hearing looked like a fool because he knew nothing of my case. I was not told he would be there for my case he didn't have anything to show the judge or to help my case out. They were a waste of my time.
