I'd give a 0 if I could. I was referred to this lawyer from my husband's job to help with trying to get approved for disability benefits. I spent 3 hours writing down all of my medications, problems, doctors, and the information they needed. All of that was just from the past year. My father passed away and we hired Pond to handle our worker's comp claim. The way Pond handled the case was incompetent, haphazard, and distasteful. Pond withdrew from our case days prior to trial after sitting on the case for +8 months while doing little to no investigative work or case building. I had them for my lawyer from March 7 2023 to March 2024 could not take it no more went months not hearing anything so when Social Security would send me paperwork I would call them no answer or would tell me to fill them out. I have pleaded with several lawyers to get help with my case and I've been denied by attorneys and the courts. Social security needs to change the laws and lawyers who cannot help should lose her license or get a better education. This attorney's office is horrible at conveying messages back to the client, waiting on a check that's been sitting on someone's desk for 2 weeks because it needs my signature! You'd think they would have sent it to me to sign, not wait for me to call them! The operators read from a screen smh they're supposed to be "legal assistance" not rude office workers telling me, they will contact my team! My team? Team of what?

I'm sick I have to even give them a single star. My final hearing for workers comp is on Wednesday morning and I haven't heard from my "lawyer" or "team". Haven't spoke to my "lawyer" on the phone in months and only spoke to the lawyer 6 times in a calendar year since the injury occurred at work.
