I spoke to an agent in the beginning and have not received critical support over the past 18 months. I supplied all of my records but they failed to convey this information to the Social Security Administration and therefore, I was denied. Now, the thought of relying on them for a hearing is anxiety provoking and I do not feel confident that they will provide adequate representation. Trash law firm. Talked to lawyer once when first discussing case and once when he said oh well, it was an uphill battle. Withdrew case from the court before talking to me. Their Dr never sent notes to them after visiting him. I did leg work getting all forms and med records. They filed the petition, and that was it. I did all legwork for getting forms and records. Not worth your time to deal with them. My case had a prelim hearing, then was withdrawn 4wks later before I was able to testify. Maybe get a real lawyer if you hav... read more

Don't recommend this Law Firm at all to represent you for SSDI cases. I never talked to a lawyer until the day before my hearing. Then during the hearing the lawyer only spoke to ask for an extension to get records. She never contacted me after the hearing was over. I had to contact her. They never sent me to a disability doctor. They could never tell me who was representing me. My workmens comp case is ending on the 25. My attorney only emails me. I've never spoke to him on the phone. He makes you feel your going to win, but that changed today, he said there's no offer I can't make them settle. I'm glad I kept every email. I owe everyone, I'm ready to be homeless. I lost my car, I've pawned or sold everything I owned to get bye. I have no more fight left in me. I'm hoping to give them 2 more stars on Tuesday!

Unprofessional, Incompetent, and a Security Risk This law firm was an absolute disaster to work with. They were unable to complete even the most basic tasks related to handling my case. Their incompetence would be funny if it weren't so alarming. They had my wrong email and phone number on file despite my correct contact info being in the original email. The lawyer repeatedly told me to "send an email manually"--a phrase that I am unfamiliar with. Did he mean without an attachment? Without a forward? Typed in from scratch... read more

I would like to let everyone know that the severe pain in my hips from barely being able to walk has now been diagnosed as chronic bilateral Avascular Necrosis of the hips, and I have been helped by Morgan & Morgan to recieve my disability for almost a year now.

Pond Lehockey didn't do anything for me, I did all the paperwork had to find things SSI needed.. that these guys could have found alot easier, but sat on their butt's to wait on a pay day.. I won't recommend them to my worse enemy.. they need negative numbers on this as well...

After reading through these 1 star reviews I am not sure how to rate pond lehocky I wish I would've read the reviews first before deciding to take a friend's word for it. I was referred by a friend to use this law firm for my workman's comp case.
