Do not bother unless you have a case against a large corporation. I contacted them on recommendation of a friend for a workplace harassment complaint. I made an online request for an initial consultation. I recently called since I did not receive a response to this inquiry. My call was re-routed twice. This company is a joke don't use them they will scam you out of money I have proof to back this statement up they will also harass you I wouldn't recommend this joke of lawyers to my worst enemy do yourself a favor and find a different lawyer that's experienced and know what they are doing and not a scam artist..... it's when you win your case is when you will have to pay them then after its took out of your check and you have proof they will harass you to pay them again a year later they will insist you owe them twice even ... read more

i was referred to this firm through an employee assistance program. Pond Lehocky sold my information and I now receive dozens of unsolicited emails, phone calls and paper mail regarding Medicare. I am not enrolled in Medicare and never went through with the disability application through Pond Lehocky. They will sell your information and open you up to scammers, and unfortunately identity theft. This firm was the only time I gave out my personal information. I am 100% sure they can't be trusted. I would recommend CLS, free attorneys located at Broad & Eerie Streets in Philly. I used Pond Lehocky and they were terrible. It took forever to get an unfavorable decision from the judge after a very long appeal (that they told me looked very good) and then dropped the case. Because I had wasted so much time with Pond Lehocky, I lost what's called "work points" (I have no idea), so when CLS easily got me SSI, I was told that my amount would be permanently less...for life. The entire Disability unit is a scam, Judge denies case three times but they say keep going until your broke. Withdrew case due to bullying and intimidation. Ruined my life, need to go back to work part time. Not professional and tells lots of lies.

First of all the whole two years while I was waiting to see the judge I did not even know who my lawyer was going to be. I would ask and not get an answer. I didn't get to talk to her or be prepped for the hearing until 7pm the night before. Then after the hearing I received an unfavorable decision from the judge. I had only sixty days to appeal. I was afraid to appeal without an attorney representing me. I wanted to see if they would keep my case or drop it. I needed answers. I needed to know. They said in a week t... read more

This is by far the worst law firm , they do not fight for there clients, there lawyers if you can call them that have no clue , pond Lehocky was an absolute waste of 5 years fighting for Disability, if your looking to have any chance of winning your case take my word and heed my warning do not use Pond Lehocky you will wait forever and you will LOSE. , since they made me wait forever and not do a dam thing I have a disability thats going to make it extremely hard to work, but due to there inability, unfortunately I'm going t... read more
