They did an excellent job. The crew was punctual and clean. The estimator was very professional and punctual.

Pond Roofing was fast and friendly tearing off the old roof, repairing what was necessary and installing the new roof. They even came back an installed a new cupola that we bought for the roof of the garage.
Everything was done in a timely fashion and to all our specifications.
They did a wonderful job from sales to completion. The sales representative clearly had great understanding of not only his products, but took the time to completely inspect our roof from inside to outside and made suggestions on how to proceed. The installers were friendly and the debris was kept to a minimum and was gone at the end of the job.

Pond was able to replace the siding with matching siding. The trim work is especially nice. I would indeed recommend them and use their services again.
Everything about the process was great. Shanti the salesman was very professional and super easy-going. No high pressure sales pitch like some other companies. Terry the installer was a true professional. Did the job by himself. His trim wrapping job on the windows was very high quality. The sunrise windows seem to be very good value.
