Pond was terrific. They were courteous and honest; the work was done on time and on budget. Cost was less than expected and the quality of work was outstanding. One of the very best experiences I have had with any contractor. Would recommend them any time!
The crew showed up when they said they would and the job was done in one day. They cleaned up the area very well. The only complaint I had was the ridge vent cap and the blown in insulation which was already in place. Edge vents were installed to bring in air at the bottom because there was no soffet. The insulation was left against the edge vents so there was no venting able to go from bottom to top. When I pointed this out the owner and the estimater came out the next week and pulled some back from the edge vents to get a ... read more
