I think I'm going to get windows from them. I've known Patrick since he was 6 years old. I've always known them. He bought the company. I know my neighbors and every one is pleased with them.
It went fantastic. Minh showed up on time, did a great repair, and I haven't had a single leak since. He obviously takes pride in his work. He's a very nice guy. I will definitely call them again should I have anymore roof issues.
Perfect, on-time, on-schedule; they know what they are doing. No debris left behind. This company answers the phone right the way. They are methodical. They have policy, practice and procedure (PPP) in place, as well as proper correspondence. Best in class as it seems.

Well for starters, this is the first time that we have ever had to research and replace a roof and gutters. We have hired many contractors over the years but never a roofer. Based on Angie's ranking, I invited Pond Roofing to a site visit/cost estimate for the roof and gutter replacement work on my house. Shanti came to my house as scheduled and provided me many useful information and technical details. He is polite, efficient, knowledgeable, very professional, and provided me his estimate on site on paper. I am impressed on how prepared he is. Unfortunately, after comparing technical and cost proposals of all three invited contractors, we did not selected Pond Roofing.
