We used them 3 to 4 years ago. It has been fine. They came through and did a good job for us. It was reasonable. I don't think there was an issue.
The estimate was right on track - no hidden surprises. Anything that the estimator thought might be an additional charge was pointed out to me at the time of the estimate. Workers arrived promptly and job was complete in the time frame estimated. Clean up was thorough. It was a bit expensive but it was not the most expensive estimate I received, and, there WAS a lot of wood to be replaced. I have had no problems since it was done. In my opinion, a thorough, professional job.

They did a very good job. It's a complicated roof because it's a mansard roof and only certain people could handle that. Some of the other little guys just refused to touch it. They didn't evaluate the scope properly, they were going to do some work that wouldn't fit because the product wouldn't fit that space. They did everything just the way it was supposed to be done. They did a great job. They were great. I interviewed several different roofing companies and Pond was definitely the easiest to work with and most professional. It was excellent. I trusted them completely.
It went well. I was impressed with the process with things flying off the roof there was a tear in one of the screens and the replaced it right away and very easily. I was impressed that they were very responsive with that. If there is anything you observe after the fact they are usually very quick to respond and take care of it.
