Pond was able to replace the siding with matching siding. The trim work is especially nice. I would indeed recommend them and use their services again.
Everything about the process was great. Shanti the salesman was very professional and super easy-going. No high pressure sales pitch like some other companies. Terry the installer was a true professional. Did the job by himself. His trim wrapping job on the windows was very high quality. The sunrise windows seem to be very good value.
Very professional- replaced damaged shakes and re- chalked around sky lights and vent pipes. Highly recommended.

Great. After the estimate visit we were told it would probably be about 10 weeks before our job could/would be scheduled -- small job physically yet large job in terms of impact to their schedule. We were also told that should a slot open up they'd let us know probably with fairly short notice. That happened a couple 3/4 weeks into the 10, they came out did the work.
I had Pond Roofing replace a roof on my primary residence along with a rental property of mine. They knocked out the work at my house in one day and were done by 1pm on the rental property. They were prompt and showed up first thing in the morning and did a lot of prep work to make sure there wasn't any debris falling on my deck table or in my air conditioner. It went very well.
The estimator and owner were always involved and participated. The repairs were always good. One time the leak was more substantial and Pond explained that the problem was beyond its capabilities because our roofing system was more commercial than residential. I was referred to a commercial roofer. That work turned out to be minimal and the problem was solved.
