I needed an emergency service and they were out 2 days later. As a matter of fact, they told me they would be out 4 days later and actually got the work done earlier than expected.

They were very good. No problems and they were efficient. They did what they said they were going to do.
Pond was very responsive, completed all work on schedule at the agreed upon price, and we are extremely satisfied with the work. I would (and have) highly recommend them.

Extremely well. Work was completed in two days by hard-working competent crew. Site was cleaned to better than before standard. Roof is ready for another 65 years!
Good, but a little expensive. Small leak after new roof was installed, but responded quickly and fixed problem.
