Extremely well. Work was completed in two days by hard-working competent crew. Site was cleaned to better than before standard. Roof is ready for another 65 years!
Good, but a little expensive. Small leak after new roof was installed, but responded quickly and fixed problem.
A seamless experience from start to finish. Our estimator, Shanti Smith, was very cordial and knowledgeable. He recommended what we needed without any high-pressure sales pitch. The roofing crew did an excellent job!
The work was done on time and clean up afterwards was complete. A year later we had ceiling isues. Black marks that appeared to be leaks appeared on the celing. We called Pond and they responded very quickly. They checked the roof and found no leaks. After careful inspection, however, they did correctly diagnose the problem. Great. Arrived on time and completed job.
We had hail damage from a storm in May. Probably 80% of the neighborhood needed new roofs including the next-door neighbors on both sides. USAA sent an estimator and they denied the claim saying there was no damage other than cosmetic damage to the gutter covers and ridge vents. We thought is was a little odd that ours was the only one without damage. Called Pond and Shanti Smith came out. Very professional, very nice and very knowledgeable. Installation went very well and felt the price was very good. My only complaint was the cleanup of the nails on my property was not very good. Pond roofing came out again to do a clean up but by that time I had to do the cleanup myself to prevent any flat tires or my kids stepping on a nail in the yard.
They were really great. They were excellent. They were very experienced. They knew exactly what they were doing. When they got up on the roof, they took pictures of stuff so they could explain the estimate. They showed me everything they were talking about.
