The contact showed right as scheduled and performed a complete inspection of the work that needed to be done. He provided a detailed explanation of the recommended work and the estimate. After review and comparison with other offers I did go with another company that did a more basic roof replacement for less money. If I had been looking for the more complete job and was willing to wait the couple weeks for their schedule to open up, I would have gone with Pond Roofing. <br />
The estimator came out right away to view the job. He had been to our house a few times before because Pond Roofing replaced our roof in 2011 and they come back each year to inspect the roof (a great service).He already hadall the dimensions of our gutters from the previous work. We discussed the problem and the need to move the downspout. He was able to go to his truck and figure the estimate immediately. He said that the work could be done within two weeks.
