I wish the work had cost less, but we consider it an excellent value for the dollar, plus the work had to get done. Pond Roofing did an outstanding job. They were responsive when we first called for an estimate. Many of the roofers we contacted didn't show up for scheduled estimates or kept changing the time at the last minute. The contact showed right as scheduled and performed a complete inspection of the work that needed to be done. He provided a detailed explanation of the recommended work and the estimate. After review and comparison with other offers I did go with another company that did a more basic roof replacement for less money. If I had been looking for the more complete job and was willing to wait the couple weeks for their schedule to open up, I would have gone with Pond Roofing. <br />
