About 18 months ago after a really bad storm, we hired Pond Roofing to replace all the vents on our roof and to replace the aluminum wrap around the exterior trim around the top of our roof. Overall an excellent experience. Price was great. Quality of the materials was great. Love the Sunrise windows! Installers were professional. The only snag we had came during installation of the sofit(sp?) vents. I noticed that they hadn't cut vent holes into the attic - defeating the purpose of the vent. I pointed it out to the manager and the next day they tore out the siding they had installed and reinstalled it properly. The owner claimed it was a communication error, which is entirely possible. Everything went great. The roof looks very nice. The work was completed on schedule and was finished in one day.
Pond replaced two skylights for us and did some flashing repair. The quality of their skylights and materials / equipment was great, and their crews were experienced and skilled. Scheduling was a little challenging, in that a couple times their crews showed up unscheduled, so we had no one to let them in the house. When they arrived, the crew did not bring a device from their facility, that they would normally bring, that prevents the existing skylight from dropping during removal. We chose Pond after interviewing two other companies. The estimates were all within the same ball park. The Pond respresetative was the most knowledgable. They replaced out entire roof, removing two layers of shingles. One piece of the roof had rotted, so they replaced a panel of wood. They also installed new gutters. The work was completed within three days. <br />
They were easy to deal with and did everything they promised. They worked well with my tenant who was home at the time of installation. I would use them again. <br />
