About 18 months ago after a really bad storm, we hired Pond Roofing to replace all the vents on our roof and to replace the aluminum wrap around the exterior trim around the top of our roof. The did an excellent job on both. <br /> A couple of months ago we had another terrible wind storm that ripped off several pieces of the aluminum wrap. <br /> I called Pond and they came out and replaced the trim at no cost even though technically it was out of warranty. <br /> Moreover the individual that came out to replace the trim, c... read more
Overall an excellent experience. Price was great. Quality of the materials was great. Love the Sunrise windows! Installers were professional. The only snag we had came during installation of the sofit(sp?) vents. I noticed that they hadn't cut vent holes into the attic - defeating the purpose of the vent. I pointed it out to the manager and the next day they tore out the siding they had installed and reinstalled it properly. The owner claimed it was a communication error, which is entirely possible.
