I called Pond Roofing to evaluate the condition of flat portion of my roof and my two skylights after I had water damage in the winter of 2013/2014. Steve Juntilla came out to my home to evaluate the condition of the flat roof and my skylights and to look at where it joined with my sloped roofing. Pond's came in and were very professional from start to finish. They even replaced damage wood at no additional cost! They installed the gutters, matched the paint and left no trace of that they were ever there. The gutter guards were installed as well. I am very pleased of the work and recommend Pond's to anyone. I only wish they installed the roof as well! <br />

WOW, TOTALLY SATISFIED ! 10 out of 10 ! We needed new RIDGE ROOF CAPS because the last person was so incompetent! Mickey, the estimator, arrived on time; he took time to explain the products and procedure for re-siding our house. He also explained that it would take approximately 6 weeks for work to begin (actually took 7 weeks). The siding was dropped off at 7:00 AM and the crew was ready to begin work shortly afterwards. Everything went smoothly until the following day (Thursday) when they accidentally disconnected our cable in the process of removing the cable box for re-siding underneath.
