Pond's came in and were very professional from start to finish. They even replaced damage wood at no additional cost! They installed the gutters, matched the paint and left no trace of that they were ever there. The gutter guards were installed as well. I am very pleased of the work and recommend Pond's to anyone. I only wish they installed the roof as well! <br />

WOW, TOTALLY SATISFIED ! 10 out of 10 ! We needed new RIDGE ROOF CAPS because the last person was so incompetent! Our estimator, Mickey, was on time and answered all of our questions. I have to say I was torn between giving an A or B for the price...it was not inexpensive but the windows are of top quality and there was a lot of work involved since we replaced the frames as well as the windows. This was a part of a complete siding project so it was important that the windows be done on time since the siding crew was scheduled two days later. Mickey, the estimator, arrived on time; he took time to explain the products and procedure for re-siding our house. He also explained that it would take approximately 6 weeks for work to begin (actually took 7 weeks). The siding was dropped off at 7:00 AM and the crew was ready to begin work shortly afterwards. Everything went smoothly until the following day (Thursday) when they accidentally disconnected our cable in the process of removing the cable box for re-siding underneath.
