They were good about sending someone to do an estimate. Before they came I received an email with a picture of who to expect for the estimate and the time he would be at my home. I called to tell them I wanted the work done and they said it would be a couple weeks because they were busy and someone would call me to let me know. When they came to do the work they cleaned up after themselves and took pictures of the repairs they had made. They did a very good job. They were very thorough and they came back to double checked things and repaired some minor problems without us even calling them.

Ponds came on time, were professional, and cleaned up after themselves. We did have a skylight leak afterwards and we had to call them back. They offered to fix it of course but also offered an alternative, since we had a problem with their work:they would put in 2 new skylights without a labor charge if we would purchase the skylights. We thought this was a great alternative so this is what we did.

Pond roofing came by and gave me an estimate on a whole-roof replacement. Of the many companies that came out, Pond was the only one who actually brought a ladder and went up onto the roof. The prices were fair and competitive, however I did end up going with a different company ultimately. I was very comfortable with Pond and thought that their approach was very helpful and professional. <br />

They told me it was not necessary to replace the entire roof and told me when that might need to happen. They did good work and I have recommended them to several people. I have called them out again for a more recent estimate. I trust them enough to ask for a recommendation for a waterproof specialist.

They were professional, prompt and neat. A contact person came by ahead of time and a week after the job to inspect it and make sure we were satisfied. When we had a problem with the new air vent, they came out to fix it promptly and efficiently. They were excellent to work with with. They encouraged us to call with any other questions. We recommend them wholeheartedly. <br />

Very professional and provided bid slightly higher than, but close to average of other four candidates for our job. Their representative was excellent to deal with. They were a little slower to send someone out than others I contacted, but that may just speak to their success in having a backlog. Pond is a firm worthy of your consideration for a roofing project. <br />

They were very efficient. They cleaned up after themselves. The roof looks fantastic. The price was reasonable, as well. Patrick was very helpful and followed up to see if it was done well. They gave a warranty for the work, which I appreciated.

We have asphalt shingles. They are supposed to be getting here within 6 weeks. It should be done by the middle of November. No problems at all scheduling for them to come out for the estimate. They were here on time.
