We had Pond Roofing fix our front porch portico and have been thrilled with the results. The first attempt was not quite what any of us had expected and Pond Roofing gladly came back out to consider alternative options. They did a second and final job at virtually no additional cost and we’ve been very happy with their work. One day, when we have to have our roof replaced, I can say with certainty that Pond Roof will be the first company we call!
All of the people I dealt with at Pond Roofing were professional and courteous. They answered all of my questions and explained things in a way that I could understand.
I opted for 6-inch gutters and am so pleased with the work! The new gutters really improved the look of my house!

Very professional and trustworthy. Joe was our estimator. He was friendly and we were very confident in his ability to assess the problem (leaking) and find the problem. He came back with an estimate very promptly. It did take a little longer than we would have liked to get the work done (understandable due to supply chain issues, etc.) but they got us on the docket ASAP and got the job done quickly and efficiently (just before we got hit by the remnants of Hurricane Ida.) Professional at all levels. Right from the beginning with with estimator ( Shanti), the installers, the reviewer after the work was done, all performed above par. They made well thought out recommendations and answered all questions thoroughly. Tthe pricing was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company for any roofing or related work.
My best review is to say that we've had two pairs of skylights one after the other. We asked Pond (with whom we had a positive experience several years ago) to take a look at the first set. They diagnosed the problem, provided a fair proposal and, after we accepted, scheduled us promptly.
