Of the four Roofing companies I contacted Pond was the ONLY one that gave me an honest estimate without trying to sell me anything else I didn't need. There was also no urgency or pressure to make a quick decision as with the others. This impressed me enough that I ended my search and picked Pond for my new roof. They arrived when scheduled and cleaned up everything before they left. Roof looks great. Very satisfied!
Pond Roofing is a great company to deal with. I appreciated my representative's sound advice in regard to replacing my porch roof only without pressuring me to the replace the entire roof. The company also replaced a skylight, and did some additional repair shingle work above my back door. The crew was prompt, courteous and did a great clean up. I definitely give this company 5 stars and highly recommend them.

Shanti took the time to address all of our questions,. His pre-inspection(s) and assessment of our roofs and attic were thorough. We did not feel pressured to commit on a 'deadline.'
The work crew were here early both days of the job & came back for the 'final touch' that was needed also & were great about daily cleaning up.

Very pleased with the word done. Pond helped us fix a problem that the original installers of the roof couldn't find (another company). The whole process was smooth and efficient, from the initial inspection to the work done. The crew was polite, kept the work area clean, and even added extra bracing to the area of the roof they were working on. We are happy with the work and will use Pond again in the future.
