The entire group from Pond Roofing was punctual, efficient and courteous. The project manager stayed in touch during the process to make sure I was up to date on everything going on. They did a great job cleaning up after the project as well.

I am 100 percent satisfied with this project from the initial call to the job done. All people from Pond Roofing, including their estimator, their work crew and their office staff are punctual, courteous, efficient and professional. Mr. Shanti, the estimator, was very helpful and answered all my questions. He even made an extra visit to my house just to double check and make sure the color of the new shingles is the same match as the old ones to meet my HOA requirement. Highly recommend Pond Roofing!

Great experience from first phone call to finish. Their very responsive, customer-oriented staff let me know what was going to happen and when every step of the way. They replaced my 30-year-old roof to include skylights, as well as my gutters and downspouts. Quality, professional workmanship and thorough cleanup after the job was done. I will definitely choose Pond for future projects for my home.

Excellent process from start to finish. Quick response to our request for an estimate; timely response to be given a written estimate and time to schedule work. The handiwork/professionalism of the crew was also outstanding and did a great job explaining what work would be done and following up with questions along the way. Great experience and I would use them again for other repairs or future replacement work!

Excellent! The guys replaced the roof with premium quality shingles and also replaced the skylight. The work was completed very quickly and the quality was excellent. They even took before and after pictures of my roof.
