The work was done in one day and they had to remove the old skylights as well as the gutters in order to fit the new skylights. Not only did the sales estimator show great knowledge of what I wanted to do, but the project manager also answered other questions that I had. Shanti was prompt, professional, and great to work with. We knew we needed to replace the underlying plywood and he was the only estimator to state that up front. The others said they would not know until they removed the roof and then would have to apply additional (unknown) costs. The workers were prompt, started working immediately, and cleaned up as they worked. The nails used on the playhouse were too long - I hadn't mentioned there was no barrier. Pond Roofing service was to fix/stop leak into house along chimney. Estimator/assessor was prompt, work was done within the time estimated, and the leak was fixed. Worked repair schedule with another company doing chimney joint repairs. Highly recommend Pond for roof items; and I suspect they do well at other services as well.
