Pond kept us informed every step of the way. They started and began the <br /> work on time. They completed the inspection and informed us of the <br /> results. They contacted us to make sure we were satisfied with their <br /> work and product. We are! Great job. <br />

They were great - they arrived and finished on time. The work has held up through many storms. I am very pleased. The only thing that is not so good is the wait to get the work done (see above). If you have an emergeny leaking roof, you really cannot wait for weeks to get the repair done. <br />
I did interview / shopped around and received 3 bids. While Pond Roofing was not the cheapest (nor were they the most $$) I totally feel I received a great value with them. Shanti Smith did come out to my house and delivered an on the spot estimate of a new roof (with removal of the old roof) along with a new gutter system with their recommended gutter guard. They did a perfect job.
The folks were very professional and what I really appreciated was it was low pressure. I knew what I needed and there was no pressure to upgrade to another type of shingle. The estimator climbed on the roof, answered my questions and left me with a solid estimate. Again I appreciated getting a price instead of gibberish about how they could reduce this price today if a committed. Pond's bid was competitive -- not the lowest nor the highest. Work was slightly delayed for extremely hot weather, for which I certainly had no problem. The work was excellent; follow-up was timely, pleasant, and thoughtful.
