I contacted Pond and they immediately came out to give me an estimate. They went up on the roof, took pictures showing that the seal had deteriorated, and provided me with options and the pros and cons of each. I opted to replace the skylight. They quickly scheduled the installation, were very professional and prompt. I would definitely use them again for other roofing services. <br />
I contacted 3 vendors for proposals, and although Pond Roofing was not the lowest price, I chose them because of their professionalism and because I had friends who had used them and were very satisfied with their results. Pond Roofing had done roof replacement on a number of other townhouses in the development where I live. They were prompt to meet to assess the existing roof and provide a price estimate. We were able to schedule the work soon after. The whole job was done in a single day with no fuss or muss. Everything on the ground was thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. <br />
Patrick from Pond Roofing came for the estimate. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. He sent an estimate, and answered all our follow-up questions. This is a competent company that would have done a good job on our repairs. The fact that we went with another company should not be a poor reflection on Pond Roofing. <br />
They were totally lovely and their price was comparable. It was a good experience and the guy who came out was fabulous and I could of easily of gone with them for the project.

The people from this company are so much better than anybody else we had here. We had several people over here with estimates but the people Pond sent were really good. They showed up, finished on time and had the best price. It was a big job and was hot when they did the job, but I never saw anyone work any harder in my life.
