Pond Roofing had done roof replacement on a number of other townhouses in the development where I live. They were prompt to meet to assess the existing roof and provide a price estimate. We were able to schedule the work soon after. The whole job was done in a single day with no fuss or muss. Everything on the ground was thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. <br />
Patrick from Pond Roofing came for the estimate. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. He sent an estimate, and answered all our follow-up questions. This is a competent company that would have done a good job on our repairs. The fact that we went with another company should not be a poor reflection on Pond Roofing. <br />
They were totally lovely and their price was comparable. It was a good experience and the guy who came out was fabulous and I could of easily of gone with them for the project.

The people from this company are so much better than anybody else we had here. We had several people over here with estimates but the people Pond sent were really good. They showed up, finished on time and had the best price. It was a big job and was hot when they did the job, but I never saw anyone work any harder in my life.
Patrick Redihough promptly responded to my call for an estimate for siding replacement on my shed and home. First of all, Pond Roofing called back right away and scheduled a free estimate. Instead of trying to sell me a new roof like other companies in the area did, they told me all I needed were some basic repairs. They even talked me out of new gutters stating my gutters simply needed to be refastened onto the house. I was scheduled within a reasonable amount of time and the repairmen were very punctual.
