One cannot judge a roofer on what is most relevant - does the roof leak - until one has lived with it for a period of time, and my roof was just installed - finished this morning. The estimator, Lonnie Mullins was superb! He spent nearly one hour examining every option including the possibility that the leak could have come from condensation from an the a/c unit in an attic that drains on to that roof in the same area. He appeared to be cautious and very experienced. <br /> The work went fine. The two repair men came out on a very cold and windy day in the middle of the day - essemingly a more difficult job than they anticipated. As best as I could tell, they did an excellent job. The things I appreciated were that every aspect went well. The person who took the call in the front end was responsive and helpful. They person who came out the review the project and give you an estimate, it was a person named Shanti, and he was excellent. He was very professional but was not trying to hard sell. He said what they could do and how much it would be. They did what they said they were going to do, which is what some of the people don’t do. They showed up on time as scheduled, and it took them about an hour to do the work. They were fine and we had no problems at all. We will use them again if we need to.
They have a lot of good reviews on Angie's List. One thing that was important to me is that the people I use should be able to use my American Express card because I pay either through that or by check. I know a lot of people don’t use that because it would cost more. There are a couple of companies who take it but charge a particular percentage. Work was excellent in every respect. Don't really have any do's and don'ts to suggest. <br />
They were competitively priced and they did an excellent job. We would use them again.
Their assessment was that nothing needed to be done at this time. Their analysis and observations were helpful even when it meant they were not getting work out of us. Highly recommend them.
