Pond came out, conducted an estimate, and completed the work within 4-6 weeks. I went on my roof before the estimate to determine what I thought was wrong and to see if there were any visible needed repairs. During the comprehensive estimate, the estimator spent a significant amount of time on the roof and recommended a few minor repairs. The work seems great and there were no issues. Additionally we had chimney caps installed and some minor repairs to the top of the roof. We recommend to everyone!
Ponds was very quick to respond to my request for an estimate. They completed the estimate when they said they would and were very polite. The only reason they were not selected was because we received a lower price from another company.
The service was really good, they did what they said they would do and they were on time. They had the best quote and the quality was good.
All work done by Pond for us was excellent. They gave us good technical advice about various options available but did not pressure us to buy additional features. They arrived on time, completed work promptly, and left our property neat and undamaged. We were very pleased with the results of their recommendation to install larger gutters and re-route the drain pipes from the second story -- the new gutters did a much better job of handling the water from the roof.
The crew came on time. They worked efficiently and quietly and left a very tidy work site.

Pond was professional from start to finish. They came out promptly for an estimate and provided one promptly. They were reasonably priced (two other estimates were higher for identical skylights, and companies were not as professional in getting the estimates completed). They showed up on time (actually early), workers were courteous and responsive to my questions). The work was done very well. I would use them again and highly recommend them to others.
Very professional company to work with. The estimate was higher than some other companies, though only by about 10% or so. The estimator seemed very knowledgeable and very low pressure. The actual installation for the roof took one long day, the gutters another half day or so. The crew was very professional and worked hard. They were careful to cover plantings - no damage at all to the plants.
