The estimate, work, and follow up were excellent. <br /> The estimate was very thoughtful. They noticed several issues in how the attic was venting and corrected them with properly sized exhaust fans and by reconfiguring some of of the bathroom exhaust fans. <br /> The work was done on-time, properly, and carefully. Tarps were laid out around the entire house and the cleanup was great. They were neat, polite and responsive to my needs.
We had a specific list of repairs to our roof provided by our home inspector, who happened to be a contractor himself. Our roof is not terribly old, and none of the repairs we needed were serious. The estimator, however, recommended replacing the roof. Very well.
Repair a leak in the roof that was showing up on the ceiling of our sun room. The leak was hard to find but the inspector found a few possible areas that should be corrected. He showed me where he suspected and we agreed on what should be done. the work was done on time and we have had no leaks since. They were very prompt in scheduling the appt and coming out to do the work. When they were done they cleaned up everything.
Very good job identifying cause of problem and providing explanation of how to repair. They explained that the shingles would be a slightly different color due to the existing shingles no longer being produced. Appreciatedthe company managing my expectations. It went so well - they showed up on time; did the work with no disturbance to me; they were outside and completed the work fast; on time and very well.
Pond Roofing did an excellent job - from start to finish - in replacing our roof and gutters. The arrived at the scheduled time and began working immediately.
