The salespeopleare very professional and don't pressure you in any way. They are very honest, straightforward and are very good at their jobs.I was really impressed with how much they helped me work with my insurance company, who was being hard to deal with. They are very professional and very punctual.

Although we were not experiencing any problems, we wanted to get an assessment of our 17 year-old roof. We called Ponds Roofingand set up an appointment in January 2012. An estimator came out and did a visual survey of the roof. He said it was in good condition, but recommended some maintenance repairwork around several vents. The job went very well. The only glitch was when I came outside to look at the almost completed work and discovered my husband had told to them use white flashing around the outside of our brick chimney next to a charcoal colored roof. Ponds was virtually finished with the flashing and I was very upset with my husband about how it looked. The job foreman overheard me and immediately asked me if I wanted it changed to black. He straightened out the gutter than had a dent in it. They fixed it on the spot and didn't charge me.

Several heavy rain storms created/revealed some trouble areas on my roof, leading to leaks inside the house. I called several companies, Pond was responsive and gave a timely estimate and response time. When the showed up to do the work, it started to rain so they had to reschedule. They came back about one week later and completed the job. The one complaint is I did not know exactly when they were coming back and I was not home when they did the work. Anyway, I have not had any issues from my roof since.

This was a major job at Arlington Presbyterian Church. Three estimates were obtained. Ponds expertise, ability to find the problem wee outstanding. When the estimator was not sure about a leak he was able to bring in a team chief who was able to locate the problem. <br /> <br /> Estimates were much lower the competitors. Work was done which was delayed because of rains.
