Very professional company to work with. The estimate was higher than some other companies, though only by about 10% or so. The estimator seemed very knowledgeable and very low pressure. The actual installation for the roof took one long day, the gutters another half day or so. The crew was very professional and worked hard. They were careful to cover plantings - no damage at all to the plants. The salespeopleare very professional and don't pressure you in any way. They are very honest, straightforward and are very good at their jobs.I was really impressed with how much they helped me work with my insurance company, who was being hard to deal with. They are very professional and very punctual.
They did a great job and were professional and on time and got the job done in one day. They answered all of my questions and gave me a full disclosure on their timeframe.

Although we were not experiencing any problems, we wanted to get an assessment of our 17 year-old roof. We called Ponds Roofingand set up an appointment in January 2012. An estimator came out and did a visual survey of the roof. He said it was in good condition, but recommended some maintenance repairwork around several vents. The job went very well. The only glitch was when I came outside to look at the almost completed work and discovered my husband had told to them use white flashing around the outside of our brick chimney next to a charcoal colored roof. Ponds was virtually finished with the flashing and I was very upset with my husband about how it looked. The job foreman overheard me and immediately asked me if I wanted it changed to black. Very professional...gave us some good advice and recommendations on getting the repair done even though they couldn't do the work. <br /> Estimator was on time and knowledgeable.
He straightened out the gutter than had a dent in it. They fixed it on the spot and didn't charge me.
