Pooch Hotel provides first-rate dog daycare for busy Pet Parents. We have multiple, spacious areas for your dog to romp and play. Our experienced staff separate dogs by size and personality to ensure everyone has a great time. And we love giving pups treats and pets. For dogs that do better with more one-on-one attention due to age, health, behavior, personality, etc., we have personal play options as well.

Left 3 dogs there for 8 days while on vacation and they took great care of them. One is a fussy eater and they managed to get him to eat. They are very attentive to the dogs also. I wouldn't board anywhere else

The staff seems to be very attentive. My concern is my dog... he is 10 yrs old. He seems exhausted when I get him home. Also extremely thirsty. Do the pups get water during the day? I hope he gets better as the weeks go on. I’m just nervous that this is too much for him.

Thank you Gail for the great review. We really did enjoy having Midas visit us at Pooch. We do have water provided throughout the Hotel. We have water bowls in all the play areas, timeout areas, and in their private suites. A day of daycare or being in a new environment can be very exhausting if your pup is not use to it. We are very sorry that we were not a right fit for Midas. If you ever need us or want to visit again we will be right here. Thank you, Pooch Hotel Norwalk

My dog seem to love the staff, especially Lauren. They sent me pictures which made it little easier to be away from him. Thank you for taking good care of Ernie.

New to the area and Brady was very hesitant at first and they would give me a report every day when I picked him up and now he feels right at home. They are very attentive and knowledgeable. And if you forget food or something they usually have some spare to use or you can buy treats for $5. Brady (havanese) boarded for 3 nights and I got him the presidential palace. They seemed to watch over him and I think they even take them out for potty breaks. They let you bring their beds, blankets, toys, treats and food. I really app... read more
