Groomer was new to our dog and was not familiar with the cut for a West Highland white terrier, but she did a respectable job. She was gentle and worked with our high-strung dog. Price was reasonable.

There is no one I trust other than Pooch! Our boxer has been staying there since puppyhood and has even stayed as long as a month! They are the best and will treat your pooch like their own!

Been sending Harvey since day one. His picture is on the wall. Very pleased. Does Harvey love it, probably not, but I do. When I picked him up on Tuesday there was a very strong smell of urine when I walked in. First time. I told them at the desk.

Love the Pooch Hotel! Great staff-friendly, attentive and efficient. Entire location was spotless and well maintained. It was great to be able to check-in on my dog during playtime via the webcam. Attendant was very attentive to all the dogs which was great to see.we will definitely be back!
